【摘要】 目的 探讨不同的稀释介质与稀释方式对血清雌二醇（Estradiol,E2）测定结果的影响以及评价SIEMENS Centaur化学发光分析仪的稀释准确度.方法 用化学发光法,对18份线性范围内的雌二醇血清样本,分别用SIEMENS Centaur化学发光分析仪配套稀释液、混合低值血清以及生理盐水作为稀释介质进行手工稀释5倍后利用SIEMENS Centaur化学发光分析仪对稀释后的标本进行雌二醇的测定.同时留取同等分未经手工稀释的样本进行仪器自动稀释.结果 用SIEMENS Centaur化学发光分析仪配套稀释液、混合低值血清和生理盐水进行稀释后测定的结果与原始值相比差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05） 结论 除配套稀释液外,混合低值血清最适合作为SIEMENS Centaur化学发光分析仪的替代稀释液,自动稀释后结果变异较大,仪器性能仍待优化,临床工作中需加强质量控制.

Simultaneously remains takes the same division not to carry on the instrument after the manual dilution sample to dilute automatically. The result which and the primitive value the result after SIEMENS the Centaur chemiluminescence analyzer necessary diluent, mixes the low value blood serum and the physiological saline carry on dilution
(P>0.05) the conclusion besides the necessary diluent, mixes the low value blood serum to be most suitable to take SIEMENS the Centaur chemiluminescence analyzer's substitution diluent, after automatic dilution, the result variation is big, the instrument performance still treated the optimization, in the clinical work must strengthen the quality control.
