There was an earthquake in Sichuan Province on May 12th.Many people died from it and many buildings were destroyed.After the earthquake,many young people were willing to help the people in Sichuan.
Within my heart,helping the people in Sichuan is very meaningful and worthwhile.The volunteers were love's embodiment because they brought the people in Sichuan hope.They not noly help the local people rebuild their homes but also comfort their hearts.Besides,the young volunteers can become strong as well.The job that they help the people in Sichuan can let many people know life is frail.And then they will konw how to cherish their life.
Nowaday,more and more people kill themslves because they don't know how happy they are and the relatives will be hurt if they die.In the earthquake,many people died and many people lost their relatives.The survivors sufferred from the pain that their relatives and friends left them.Life is a duty——This is what we must know.I think the main meaning to be a volunteer is to learn how to cherish what we have.
